These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the online gaming platform operated under the brand name Turkitoto ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://turkitoto.cam. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Turkitoto and any individual who registers an account, accesses the Platform, or uses any services provided thereon ("User", "you", "your").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise engaging with the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any supplemental rules, promotional terms, and policies referenced herein — including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your account. Turkitoto reserves the right to refuse access to any person at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

The following terms, when used in these Terms, shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Turkitoto enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gaming standards.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of Turkitoto or any affiliated entity.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform by Turkitoto, or have an Account that has been terminated for cause.
• You must register using only accurate, current, and complete information. The provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration details constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure without return of funds.

Account registration requires the provision of accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Turkitoto reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided.

Prior to processing any withdrawal — regardless of amount — all Users must complete our KYC verification process by submitting:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Where required, proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of Touch 'n Go eWallet account in your name, online banking statement header).

Turkitoto processes KYC documents within one to three business days in most circumstances. Accounts pending verification may continue to deposit and play, but withdrawals will be held until KYC is approved. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials. Turkitoto will never request your password through any communication channel. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

5.1 Deposits. Turkitoto accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods, among others: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and select cryptocurrency networks (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20, BNB). The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Turkitoto does not impose deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits from accounts registered in another person's name — are strictly prohibited and will be returned net of any applicable bank charges.

5.2 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. Where this is not possible, Turkitoto will contact you to arrange an alternative method.

Indicative processing times are as follows:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes;
• DuitNow and FPX bank transfer: 5 to 15 minutes;
• Direct bank wire: 15 to 60 minutes;
• Cryptocurrency: 15 to 60 minutes subject to network congestion.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering. Turkitoto is required to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on all transactions. We reserve the right to delay, decline, or reverse any transaction that we suspect, in our sole discretion, may be associated with fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity. Where a suspicious transaction report is filed with the relevant authority, we are prohibited by law from disclosing this to the Account holder.

Turkitoto offers a variety of promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless specified otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any portion of Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated expiry window; any unmet requirement results in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

6.2 Maximum Bet During Active Bonus. While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, the maximum permitted single bet or wager is RM 300 unless otherwise specified. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all game categories contribute equally toward the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; live table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo) typically contribute between 10% and 20%; certain games may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. Turkitoto employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting, arbitrage betting, low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, and coordinated play among colluding groups. Where abuse is identified, Turkitoto reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and close the Account.

6.5 Sticky Bonuses. Certain promotions are designated as "sticky" (non-cashable), meaning the bonus amount itself cannot be withdrawn — only net winnings above the original deposit may be cashable, subject to the maximum cash-out cap stated in the promotion terms.

All games and betting markets available on the Platform are subject to the specific Game Rules and market rules applicable to each product. These rules are accessible from within the relevant game or betting interface and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7.1 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, connection failure, or system error during a game round or live betting event, the outcome of that specific round or bet may be declared void. Winnings arising from obvious technical errors — including but not limited to software bugs that produce incorrect odds or payouts — will not be honoured and any such credits will be reversed.

7.2 Integrity of Outcomes. All games are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested to confirm statistical fairness. Turkitoto does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent certified mathematical return rates over statistically significant sample sizes and are not a guarantee of individual session returns.

7.3 Sports Betting. All sports bets are final once confirmed. Turkitoto reserves the right to cancel or void any bet where it can be reasonably demonstrated that the bet was placed based on incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error, system feed failure, or obvious market manipulation. Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA, and all other sporting markets are subject to the applicable market-specific rules published on the Platform.

7.4 Currency. All wagers, winnings, balances, and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a User deposits in cryptocurrency, funds will be converted to MYR at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of deposit credit.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engagement in any of the below will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any funds held, and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or misrepresenting any material fact in connection with your Account or any transaction.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform — whether through deposits, play, or withdrawals — for the purpose of laundering proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under any other identity.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripted browsers, automated betting software, or any other non-human interface to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or team play in card games.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or obvious system malfunctions to accumulate an unwarranted advantage.
• VPN and Proxy Use: Using virtual private networks, proxy servers, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider while retaining Platform credits or winnings.

9.1 By Turkitoto. Turkitoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where: the User has violated these Terms; the Account presents an unacceptable risk of fraud or AML concern; the User's identity cannot be verified to our satisfaction; or the User is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Where an Account is closed for cause (i.e., in response to a Terms violation), Turkitoto may forfeit any Balance, Bonus Funds, and pending withdrawals. Where an Account is closed at our discretion without cause, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the User via the most recent payment method on record.

9.2 By the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting Turkitoto's support team. Upon closing your Account, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interfaces, and trademarks — is the proprietary property of Turkitoto or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without Turkitoto's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of Platform content or trademarks constitutes an infringement of Turkitoto's intellectual property rights and may result in Account closure and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Turkitoto's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Turkitoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, even if Turkitoto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Turkitoto makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information by Turkitoto is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By creating an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key data processing activities include: identity verification and KYC compliance; payment processing and fraud prevention; customer support communications; marketing communications (where consented to); and fulfilment of regulatory reporting obligations. Personal data is stored with appropriate technical and organisational security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption.

Turkitoto is committed to the principles of responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment for adults who can afford to participate. The Platform is strictly prohibited to persons under 21 years of age.

Turkitoto provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely block yourself from all gambling activity on the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Turkitoto holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with Turkitoto's support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Users are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to resolve any complaint or dispute. Turkitoto maintains a formal complaints procedure and will acknowledge all complaints within two business days, with a substantive response provided within ten business days.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

Turkitoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered Members via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page with the "Last Updated" date clearly indicated.
